Could it be true? Or is it all some stupid Internet rumor? Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto dead?

Words are spreading quickly over the Internet through Twitter and Facebook that Masashi Kishimoto died after the 8.9 earthquake that hit Japan on 11th of March, 2011, killed him.

There are currently no officially reports about Masashi yet, whether he is alive or dead, but there is a high chance that he was in the area affected by the devastation. The studio where the games, manga and anime of Naruto get created is near Tokyo, which was an affected area. It is not surprising that Masashi was a few miles towards the epicenter and died in the process.

Naruto supporters and fans are currently pre-mourning over his death.
