The producer that first discovered Lady Gaga in 2006, Rob Fusari, had tried to sue Lady Gaga last week with claims he came up with her stage name and co-wrote some of her hit songs. However the lawsuit was invalid because Fusari is not a licensed talent agent.

Now Lady Gaga is fighting back. She plans to sue Rob Fusari for illegal contracts she was forced to sign that could allow Fusari to access all of Lady Gaga’s future money earnings. The lawsuit mainly included the damages Fusari caused for taking advantage of her.

Though many would think this is a wrong thing for Lady Gaga to do – suing the person that made her who she is, but as the world can see, Lady Gaga truly became where she is now through her own talents and hard work. No talent agency can make someone famous if the artist they represent has no talent in the first place.
